「良い剣道具」
という思い込みは勘違いです。
良い剣道具は少々息苦しいところがあります。動きを楽にしようと思えば、ジャージ剣道着、テトロン袴、柔らかい実践型の防具、を選べば良いのです。でもそれだと、立ち姿が学生さんみたいに見られます。。。
我々大人の剣道愛好家とっての良い剣道具とは「気持ちを引き締めてくれる」もの。
「甘やかせてはくれません」
「気合を入れてくれます」
気合を入れてくれる剣道具は楽な格好ではないのです。30歳を過ぎた良い大人なら、ただ軽い、動きやすいといった剣道具に流されないで、自分を高めてくれる手刺し防具を選んではいかが？
