そもそも当店の場合、当店独自の３Dフィットスキャンの導入以降、納品後の面サイズが合わない、物見が合わないといったクレームがほぼありません。
なぜなら納品前にお店側で３D型を当てて合っているかどうか確認出来るからです。
通常は防具が届いて、頭を実際に入れてみてからの判断になるのでこの差は大きいです。そして、合わなければ調整といった対処療法的な事後対応となります。手刺し防具はオーダーメイドなので、後から調整ではなく、最初に防具を作る際に、細かすぎるくらいの計測、打ち合わせをしておくことが必要です。
それでも万が一、面サイズがしっくり来ないとか、胴幅を調整して欲しいなど要望があればいつでもご連絡ください。
決して「そのうち馴染みますよ〜」といった対応はいたしません。
